Rose hip for immunity
Rose hip is a real Vitamin C bomb! It also contains a very easily absorbable and effective vitamin C. Rose hip works immune-stimulating because of this and as an antioxidant against the influence of free radicals.
Additionally, rose hips can be used for arthritis due to their anti-inflammatory properties.
Rose hip for hooves
It is always said that rose hip is a rich source of biotin. But there is virtually no biotin in rose hip, at least not enough to have an improving effect on hooves.
Rose hip is rich in vitamin C, B1, B2, B3, K, and E. Additionally, it contains calcium, phosphorus, iron, boron, etc. For hooves, it is more suitable to look at the building block of connective tissue, namely silicon.
