Bamboo and joints

Due to its high content of silicon dioxide, bamboo prevents degeneration of cartilage. It is therefore widely used in cases of arthritis, osteoarthritis, or other forms of joint wear and tear.
Bamboo also promotes the production of collagen, making tendons, ligaments, and skin stronger and more flexible. It can also help speed up the healing of bone fractures.
